At Stephlea we are keen to improve our product and range. By returning the Guarantee Registration Questionnaire you will be assisting us to serve you better in the future and you will receive our free 5 year guarantee.

Stephlea offers a 5 year guarantee on each of our products. If service is required during the first 5 years from purchase due to defects in material or workmanship, your product will be repaired or replaced (at the discretion of Stephlea) free of charge other than transport costs. The cost of freight will be borne by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After the first 12 months freight will be payable by the purchaser.

This guarantee does not apply if...

The product failure is due to causes other than defective material or workmanship.
The purchaser does not give the manufacturer notice of the defect within 30 days of it's discovery.
A completed Guarantee registration Questionaire isn't returned with a copy of the retail docket within 60 days of purchase.
The Purchaser has, in any way, altered the structure or finish of the product.

Any use of Stephlea products other than the use for which it was originally intended is not the manufacturers responsibility.

This guarantee is in addition to and does not restrict or modify any guarantee or condition implied or any right to recourse against the manufacturer conferred by the Trade Practices Act (as ammended) or any relevant State Act.
